LF Gaming™ Portable Seat Cushion

I love this seat cushion. It is very comfortable and because it’s portable I can move it around the house as needed. Highly recommended!

After this period of time, I was invested after seeing various reviews and in high hopes for the quality of the cushion that I was looking into several cushions at the time. My girlfriend purchased the Gaming Seat Cushion with Brisa for my birthday and it arrived in a timely manner. Not only did it feel cozy and conformed my tailbone appropriately but it was something I felt like had potential to last a few years. It fit perfectly onto my gaming chair and has been used for several hour car rides over the time back and forth from college. Especially now since Covid-19 has positioned us in our homes. But in little as 5 months the once cool and ergonomic shape of the cushion degraded quite quickly and is now flattened out and absorbs heat over shorter periods of use. I find myself having to constantly get up and allow the seat cushion to air out and fix the cushion to even have an even comfortable position to sit in. I quite enjoyed the initial months of use and found that the cushion was satisfactory but this fleeting feeling has now gone and now it feels like a foam that I could've purchased at Walmart. With the degradation of the ergonomic shape of the cushion it has allowed for the pain in my lower back to flare up this may not be the cushions fault but something that may be worth noting. For the price point, I feel like this item needs a more appropriate price for the quality it promises for the product life. Granted that there is a 2 year warranty, I hope that Lf Gaming does look into ensure that products such as this last longer and to ensure customer satisfaction. I see the worth in such a product for customer such as myself where I am constantly on my chair like many others who have been struck by the inconvenience of Covid-19 and must work or study from home spending much time on their chair. But this is just my honest attempt at reviewing the product and reflecting on my initial feelings of the product after looking at various cushions and choosing this as my daily cushion then to an unfortunate dissatisfaction of quality I have brought my thoughts and concerns to this review. So my rating of the product is not one that is trying to discredit the LFG seat cushion but to bring to life some concerns others may have before purchasing this item and highlight some of the good aspects I found initially.

Cushion is very comfortable on any chair not just my gaming chair. I’ve had less lower back pain since I began using it.

I was just appreciating my LF Gaming Cushion as I was enjoying a bit of screen time. I tweaked my tailbone at the gym a few weeks ago and the pressure of sitting was so uncomfortable I didn’t know what to do. The idea of buying a doughnut to sit on just wasn’t an option. Then I remembered that I had bought my parents a portable cushion for home and travel – they are both back pain sufferers and they told me how much they use them and love them. It got me thinking, I should try one for myself so that I can get some relief and comfort. I have been using my cushion for 2 weeks and I love it! The beauty of this cushion is that I can remove the insert at the back of the cushion so that it stops the pressure on my coccyx – huge relief! The other beautiful thing is I can put it on all the chairs I sit on; my patio, dining, office chair and in my car. This cushion will make any seating surface comfortable guaranteed. I have been using the LFG Seat Cushion for over a month and honestly it has made any chair I use it on 10x more comfortable. I was originally hesitant to pay more for the Brisa Cover and while I can’t compare it to the cheaper version, the Brisa cover does a great job of keeping the seat cool at all times! I use a pretty basic chair for my office and I could not really stand sitting in it for more than a few hours. But with the seat cushion I’ve seen a significant increase in comfortability and I can say it’s definitely worth the investment. It’s also a great investment if you’re going to use it on multiple chairs. For example, because you can actually carry the cushion with you, I use it on my long commutes and it definitely helps make the experience much better. I will say that if you are at least 5’10+ your seat might ride a little high compared to what you may be used to.
