How can I place an order for a LF GamingTM Chair?

  1. You can place an order for a LF GamingTM Chair through our website by selecting the chair you want and adding it to your cart. Once you have reviewed your order and confirmed all details, you can proceed to checkout and complete your purchase.

What payment methods are accepted?

  1. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay methods.

Is there a warranty on LF GamingTM Chair?

  1. Yes, all LF GamingTM Chair come with a ten-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please view our Warranty Page for full details.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  1. Most LF GamingTM Chair products are made to order, please expect 2-6 weeks lead times. When your order is complete, we will ship via UPS Ground to the address you provided at check out (contiguous USA (lower 48) and Canadian Provinces). Typical time in transit is anywhere between 5 to 10 business days. If you require faster delivery consider our Quick Ship Products and/or Expedited Shipping. Can I track my order?

  1. Yes, you can track your order using the tracking number that will be provided to you once it has been shipped.

Can I cancel or change my order?

  1. Depending on when you placed your order, we might be able to make a change if the item has not already been started in production. Please call us immediately at 800-661-8568 (Canada or USA), (1+) 403-720-3966 Monday-Friday 8 am - 4 pm MT (excluding Alberta Statutory Holidays)  if you need to make a change so that we can do everything possible to ensure that you are happy with your order. There is no guarantee that we will be able to meet all change requests, but we’ll do our very best to accommodate you.

What is your return policy?

  1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 100 days for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us for return instructions.

Can I return a used or opened chair?

  1. Yes, we encourage you to use your chair and try all the adjustments. Our chairs are designed to work with your body. Watch our videos or contact Customer Service if you have any questions on how to adjust your chair. If you feel the chair is still not for you, that’s okay! Contact us to begin the return process before your 100 days are up.
    Please note that though we do encourage you to use the chair - any damage as a result of neglect, misuse or abuse will reduce the amount of your refund. Clean, well kept and well packaged returns will receive a full refund. See our Return Policy for full details.

Do you ship internationally?

  1. Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Please contact us for more information on international shipping.

What if I received a damaged or defective chair?

  1. If you receive a damaged or defective chair, please contact us immediately and we will help to resolve the issue for you.
