I placed my order and I need to make a change. Who should I call?
Depending on when you placed your order, we might be able to make a change if the item has not already been started in production. (We do not mass produce!!) Please call us immediately at (1+) 800-661-8568 if you need to make a change so that we can do everything possible to ensure that you are happy with your order. There is no guarantee that we will be able to meet all change requests. The 100 Day Money Back Guarantee is valid for the Contiguous USA (lower 48) and Canadian Provinces only so if your chair has shipped internationally the cost of return shipping must be paid by you.
I’ve changed my mind about my purchase and want to cancel my order, what do I do?
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to offer you a full refund on your purchase. When can I expect to see a refund for my return?
Once we receive your product and have inspected and cleared it for any damage, you will receive a refund within thirty days. Refunded amount will be the original purchase price. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment that was used for the original purchase.
